- 3 large chicken breasts boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup taco sauce I used Taco Bell brand
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chipotle chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Place the chicken breasts in the Crockpot insert.
Whisk together the sauce ingredients - taco sauce through garlic powder.
Pour the sauce over the chicken.
Cook the chicken on LOW heat for 6 - 8 hours.
Shred the chicken. Stir in the fresh lime juice and serve.
