Collagen Popsicles

These collagen popsicles are a healthy sweet treat! Each one contains a full serving of Earth Echo Foods multi-collagen peptides.

  • 1 Star Ice Pop Mold 4 oz each, set of 6

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 6 tbsp Earth Echo Foods Multi-Collagen Peptides
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek Yogurt

Instructions

  • Microwave the frozen blueberries for about 2 minutes, until they are soft. Use a whisk or fork to mash them up. Add three tablespoons of the collagen powder and stir until the powder dissolves.
  • Microwave the frozen raspberries for about 2 minutes, until they are soft. Use a whisk or fork to mash them up. Add three tablespoons of the collagen powder and stir until the powder dissolves.
  • Using a small spoon, fill each popsicle mold 1/3 of the way full with the blueberry and collagen mixture.
  • Use a small spoon and fill each popsicle mold another 1/3 of the way full with the yogurt.
  • Use a small spoon and complete filling each mold with the raspberry and collagen mixture. Be sure an to leave a little room at the top of each mold to all for expansion as they freeze.
  • Place the stick/lids on each popsicle. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Run each popsicle mold under hot water until the popsicle easily slides out of the mold. Enjoy!
