Air Fryer Pot Pie

- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp onion flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups rotisserie chicken shredded
- 10 oz frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 4 Grands Southern Homestyle Biscuits
In a large, non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium high heat.
Whisk in the flour and cook for a minute or two.
Whisk in the chicken broth until smooth and starting to thicken.
Stir in all the seasonings - Italian seasoning, onion flakes, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Stir in the chicken and vegetables.
Simmer for a few minutes, stirring often.
Remove from heat and stir in the cream cheese until well blended.
Divide the chicken stew evenly between four ceramic ramekin dishes.
Top each dish with a biscuit.
Place the filled dishes in the basket of an air fryer. No need to preheat.
Cook the pot pies at 325 degrees F for 12 minutes, or until the biscuits are browned and cooked through.
