Air Fryer Carrots
These Air Fryer Carrots are so sweet and delicious. They are drizzled with a maple Dijon sauce and are an easy and healthy snack.

- 1 bunch carrots
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
Remove the tops from the carrots. Wash and peel the carrots.
Arrange the carrots in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook the carrots at 375 degrees F for about 20 minutes.
Toss the carrots in the basket about halfway through, to ensure even cooking.
Whisk together the melted butter, pure maple syrup, Dijon mustard and salt.
Drizzle the sauce over the cooked carrots and serve.
