1largeegg
1tspbutter
1sliceAmerican Cheese
salt, pepper and fresh herbs
Instructions
Butter a four-ounce ramekin dish generously with butter.
Crack a large egg into it and gently whisk it together with a fork.
Sprinkle the egg with salt and pepper, plus some fresh parsley or other herbs you might have on-hand.
Place one frozen biscuit and one refrigerated (pre-cooked) sausage patty into the basket of your air fryer. Cook them at 325 degrees F for 4 minutes.
Open the air fryer and add the ramekin dish with the egg. Continue to cook all three at 325 degrees F for an additional 8 - 10 minutes, or until the biscuit and egg are cooked through.
Split the biscuit in half.
Run a knife around the edge of the ramekin dish to pop out the cooked egg.
Stack the cooked sausage patty, egg and a slice of American cheese onto the bottom half of the biscuit. Top with the other half of the biscuit to make a sandwich. Enjoy!
